Psychic Ability - Learn How to Open Your Third Eye The third eye is one of the seven chakras in our chakra system. Anyone can learn how to “open” their third eye using their innate psychic ability. The third eye chakra, sometimes also referred to as the mind center, is our road to wisdom, spirituality and inner vision. For this reason many psychics see it as being the most important chakra. Learning to open the third eye will allow you to access spiritual guidance. It can be a long process learning how to open the third eye. You will only really know that you have been successful when you have actually achieved it. One way of harnessing your psychic ability to open your third eye is through meditation and chanting. You can gradually introduce the chanting into meditation that you usually do. The chakras have different “seed sounds”. You can learn the seed sound for the third eye chakra and chant it softly. This will have the effect of stimulating the third eye chakra and with patience may help you to open it. It is a very good idea to use the chant alongside your usual meditation practice and focus on the third eye chakra while you are chanting and meditating. This will create the right conditions for the third eye to be able to open. In order to get into the right state of mind you need to find a comfortable position. Try the same time and place as you would usually meditate. This will be best for you as you will be naturally comfortable and relaxed and your psychic ability will be able to be used to its full benefit. You probably close your eyes whilst meditating and this is generally a good idea when focusing on the third eye chakra as it takes away any distracting visual stimuli. The chant for the third eye chakra sounds like a long “ooooh” sound ending in a shorter “mmm” hum sound. While you are chanting you will need to keep focused on the third eye. The third eye chakra is located at the center of your forehead. It is important to focus on your third eye for the meditation to succeed. With patience and practice and the application of your psychic ability you will find that this method allows you to open your third eye. Do not give up. Even though success may take some time to come the process on its own is hugely beneficial for your spiritual wellbeing. When you are successful you will not need to be told, you will feel that your third eye has opened.
