"One piece of history many people may have forgotten about is women's rights. If so, why are women around the universe still seen as inferior to men? Do you think men and women are currently equal? Women are an integral portion of our society, and many believe they're one of the most vital components. Women are the only reason that future leaders and scientists exist in the world. Women also assist children to be adults with acceptable morals and ethics. Women have full control over how our generation of children will grow up. This isn't a role that can be taken lightly. But let us be truthful here. No matter what it may seem that women do, they might never be treated with the same appreciation the men are. If you look at a women's wages, you'll see that it is usually significantly less than a men's. Everyone acknowledges it, and yet even in situations where a woman outperforms a man, the chances of her getting paid what she's worth is slim. She could work her whole life and never amount to the pay rate at which the man successfully built for himself. Several places may show this difference more than some other places. Why does it seem that we don't take care or treat women the way they should be treated even after all they have done for us? Giving a women the ability to become equals allows them to make this world a better place for the future and the future of our children. Because there needs to be some alterations in the way we act and think, we need to have certain organizations to help. Women need things like micro-loans in smaller countries or poverty-stricken areas so that they can begin improved lives for them and their families. Because it doesn't take very much money to do this, many women are becoming self-sufficient. In this way, the economy is positively affected by that small amount of money set aside for women. An example of these organizations is the World Ethical Foundations Consortium. Trustee Sara Bronfman explains that one of its goals is dedicated to working with women and social icons. There are a lot of places simply for the uplifting of a women's rights and eradication of oppression. Success is important for this economy to bloom and in order to accomplish that we need to be more aware of women and how they are treated with organizations like these."
