Speaking of culture, those coming to Scottsdale will find an abundance of art galleries in the city’s famed Art District. Shopkeepers located in the Old Town area offer a wide variety of Western, Hispanic and Native American arts and crafts. Every Thursday between 7 and 9 in the evening, the community hosts the Scottsdale ArtWalk, a local tradition now in its 30th year. Every week, members of the Scottsdale Gallery Association host special, unique exhibits throughout the Art District.
