Method:Soak the Oats for 10 minutes in a bowl of boiled drinking water and drain the h2o,keep it apart.Set some oil in a pan and warmth it.Then set the chopped green chilli,Onion,Tomato, Carrot and fry it.Soon after the carrot will get cooked put the smashed potaoes and peas,include garam masala,salt,soaked oats and combine it nicely.Beautify the gravy with corriander leaves and pudina.Preserve the gravy in between the two slices of bread and serve it with tomato or chilli sauce.Folks especially children would love the form of snack/tiffin. Approach:Set the corn flakes,Oats,Aval in the oil and fry it nicely and maintain it apart.Put the curry leaves in the oil and fry it.Crush the garlic with your fingers.Take a large mouthed bowl and place the corn flakes,Aval,Oats,cashew nut,ground nut,smashed garlic,curry leaves,salt,chilly powder,Asafoetida,cucumber seeds,fried gram and mix it well in the bowl.Set the mixture in a bowl and serve it as a snack for kids as nicely as aged individuals. asafoetida
