Skin care is the forever topic for women; however, to many office workers, their skins have to suffer from the radiation of computers in office and the torture of fumes at home. In fact, they only need to spend half hour before going to sleep so that their skins could be restored in the whole night. The following suggestions should be remembered in heart:

Clean face skin deeply. No matter you have make-up or not, the secreted oil and contacted dirt in the air for a whole day should be cleaned deeply with cleansing milk. If people could do the cleaning work well, their skins could have the ability to fully absorb moisture and essence.

Night cream is different from day cream. The day cream is mainly to help lock water and prevent sunscreen, while day cream is to pursue nutrition and effectiveness. After washing face, people could spray the toner and apply night cream to ensure that skins could absorb effective nutrients in correct time. After full absorption of nutrients, skins will work properly and become more delicate after you wake up.

Do massage for 30 seconds. While applying the night cream, you can use your hands to gently massage on the face for 30 seconds to stimulate the blood circulation and promote its absorption to avoid oily skins. When you use moisturizing products, it is also useful to pat the face slightly to play the similar role.

Drink a cup of milk before sleeping. As we all know, milk has irreplaceable function in whitening and softening skins. In addition, people could also calm down themselves and have a good dream after taking milk.

Have hot bath for feet and do toes activities. Dip your feet in the hot water to accelerate the whole body blood circulation, improve the skin metabolism at night and help skins detoxify the skins. Doing the toe exercise could have the same effect.

Wear the dried warm pajamas after bathing. In autumn and winter, it is better to warm the pajamas before wearing so that it could improve the skin elasticity.

Do not paste the mask on face for the whole night. The effects of mask will disappear after certain time, and applying for long time has no benefit. Generally speaking, the moisturizing mask should not be used more than 20 minutes, or it will block pores; the mask of mineral mud needs to be removed in three to five minutes.

In addition, painting vitamin E on the nail root could prevent aging and moisturize the hand skins.
