People who watch online movies say that the plot is the most important part of the movie. Without a good plot, an independent film will fail to maintain the interest of the viewers even if they were drawn to it at the beginning. The characters and the actors portraying them are also essential factors for the movie to be successful. Both the protagonist and antagonist characters should have some qualities to which people can relate to. Last, but not the least, an indie movie should have a well-written script that appeals to people. It can do wonders for the film because the dialogues are the ones giving life to the story. For some people, a good indie movie should always have the best ending, one that is thought-provoking. When you are watching online movies, let’s say under the drama category, you expect a resolution after all the conflicts have surfaced. In addition, an over-the-top dramatic or very unexpected ending is not necessary. It can be somewhat predictable as long as the ending carries some emotional appeal to the audience.
