In this episode, two new names are brought in. “New Directions” is the Glee club, which is given the new name after Will takes over. Will forms an all-male a cappella group called the “Acafellas”, neglecting the glee club in favor of dedicating his time to the new endeavor. We also see, in Will’s absence, the club members struggle with choreography by briefly hiring well–known choreographer Dakota Stanley, who belittles their appearances and abilities and finally gets fired. Sue’s conspiracy is working. But they resist attempts at sabotage by members of the cheer squad. “Acafella” is the third episode of the musical comedy-drama television series Glee originally aired on Fox in the United States. The pilot episode was broadcast as an advanced preview of the series on May 19, 2009. And this plot episode premiered on September 16, 2009. It was written by series creator Ryan Murphy and John Scott the director. The episode shows the head of the glee club Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison portrayed) from an all-male cappella team Acafellas to dominate more time on his new trying thus he leaves the club alone. New Directions struggle with choreography, and continue to resisit attempts at sabotage by members of the cheer squad. While on the other hand Mercedes can not stop the romantic feeling for Kurt (Chris Colfer), this leads a homosexuality happened.
