Fertilizer holds an essential part in a beautiful and healthy garden but the problem starts when you need to select the most appropriate one for your own garden. The most common problem which most of you come across is overusing fertilizers especially when you are unaware of the fact that the particular fertilizer which you are using is slow- release one. These types of fertilizers are made to draw the nutrient in a manner that the place of usage becomes effective after a considerable period of time. Those who do the mistake of using them too often end up in poor result as the new one get mixed with the old ones which are still due to show their effect. While using any fertilizer- vegetable garden fertilizer, lawn fertilizer or any other you need to make sure that the one which you are using, you are aware of all the directions. In most of the cases they even tell you the number of times you need to use them. In any fertilizer you may come across 3 constitutes namely- potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen.
