Fitness is about being healthy and looking good. When it comes to looking good many people don’t realize that we have so much control over how we look. Sure, we are limited by our genetics in terms of height and bone structure, but you have total control over how lean you choose to be AND the size and shape of your muscles.

Have you ever seen someone with an incredible body and thought to yourself, “I could never look like that?” Many of us are our own worst enemies. The only thing holding you back is yourself. The hardest part of any journey is the first step. For fitness, the first step is admitting to yourself that you CAN look incredible if you are willing to do what it takes. And you can do what it takes! Believe in yourself and you will surprise yourself with what you can accomplish.

Sculpt your lean body!

Let’s take a look at sculpting a great butt and thighs. We are approaching this as a sculptor would approach a piece of stone. What do you need to do? First off you need to lean down to get to reveal your muscle. This will require you to change you eating habits permanently. Don’t go for fad diets. Instead make permanent changes to how you eat on a regular basis.

As you lean down you want to make sure to build up every facet of your butt and legs to make sure they are strong, shapely, and symmetrical. You need to train your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. You may even want to focus on areas of those particular muscles like the teardrop part of your quadriceps that sits just above your knee, the top of your glutes to give you butt and real perky look, and the outer thighs for that incredible “sweep” look. Certain exercises will focus on these areas as well as generally work all these muscles.

For example, if you wanted to focus on your “teardrop” you would include leg extensions in your fitness routine. You would do some kind of jumping exercises (plyometrics) to make sure the top of your glutes were being engaged. And close stance on just about any major leg exercise (squats, hack squats, or leg press) will develop the outer thighs nicely.

When you create your fitness routine whether through your own research, with a personal trainer, or by simply purchasing one online, make sure that you understand what each exercise is doing for the look of your physique. Continue to study how different exercises and methods of training affect your health, strength, endurance, and your physical appearance. You may end up experimenting with several fitness workout plans.

As time goes on you will feel an incredible sense of empowerment as your body changes before your very eyes. You can do it, start today.
