Leave it on overnight. You don't need to wash it off in the morning. Application of a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves on the affected parts and leaving it overnight produces excellent results. This must be washed off with warm water next morning. Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil can be applied to the acne with a cotton swab. This oil contains a substance which helps in this condition.
