The cutthroat competition in our modern-day rat race environment necessitates that our teams or workforce be highly efficient and productive. High efficiency and productivity assures profits and wins resulting in industry or sports leadership. That, in effect, makes us more attractive to audiences and markets. How do we normally try to get to a state of high efficiency and productivity? The average coach or manager sometimes drives his people to exhaustion in practice drills and more time into the job. More time working hard means more output. It is normally met by success which, sadly, cannot really be enjoyed by the “winners” as they are hardly able to move their bodies after working hard to finish and win the contest.
