The form can be submitted offline as well as online. The last date fixed for the submission of the forms is thirtieth of November 2011. But in case of candidates who reside in the remote corners of the country, a grace period of seven days is allowed. This means that their forms will be accepted up till the seventh of December 2011. The date for the examination for the year 2012 is twenty ninth of January. The test will be conducted in two shifts and will consist of two papers, each one of which will be of one and a half hours of duration.
