There are Christmas Eve services that don’t involve praying, these services simply involve lighting the candles and silent remembrance of the Lord, there are Christmas Eve services that can involve lighting candles and singing carols as well. Organizing a Christmas Eve candlelight services isn’t tedious at all, you just need to call everyone up and arrange for lots of candles. You can include a candlelight service to your list of Christmas celebration ideas, so to incorporate the religious fervor in celebrations. You need to plan your event accordingly; if you intend to call more than 50 people then you need to have a clear idea about the unfolding sequence of events as planned. You need to have the prayers printed and have the sufficient number of copies to distribute among people. You need to buy the required number of candles too; you can even plan some refreshments for people. Check with your friends if they would be interested in speaking at the Christmas Eve service. These Christmas Eve services bring brothers and sisters to join hands and thank and pray to the Master of the Universe for His grace and benevolence. You need to make arrangements for the gatherings so that you don’t want interruptions for an event; that is to gather people for a noble cause and have a peaceful praying session.
