Eat eighty percent full, and then you have longevity with no sickness, which is exactly. But how can we handle the measure of “full” in the end?

Seventy or eighty percent of satiety should be stopped at the time that you can eat or you cannot eat. You may feel stomach is not full, but it does not matter that you do not eat this bite. And this state that the stomach does not bulge and you do not get hiccups is the healthiest. Now many people do not stop eating until finishing in front of them, or they stop until they cannot eat any more, in fact, this has already exceeded what they need. Make yourself in the full status for a long time, and then the control mechanism of the body to the appetite will gradually fail so that you will fall into the vicious cycle of the more eat, the more fat.

Fourth, you can use a small spoon instead of chopsticks to slow down the speed of eating. Fifth, you can eat salad vegetables and whole grains, raw food should be swallowed by chewed well, while eating some oatmeal must be slowly than white rice drink, and eating whole wheat bread is slower than to eat white bread.

In addition, we can contain a little less, drink two glasses of water before eating or drinking a bowl of soup, or buy small package of food, eat more crude fiber to increase satiety, such as beans. Or we can use shallow dish and transparent tableware, which is a good way to avoid eating too much.
