According to many real estate experts, condominiums are the only types of modern housing in business and commercial districts that can offer their own collection of recreational facilities including swimming pools, gyms, and sports complexes.
Condominium complexes, on the other hand, can offer additional recreational facilities for their younger residents such as parks and playgrounds, making these types of modern condominiums a popular and modern type of family-home for many modern Filipinos and their growing family.
