Under normal circumstances, blood pH is balanced, but slightly inclined to alkaline is the best. In a tight manual labor and intense physical exercise, the body of sugar, fat and protein will be a substantial decomposition of more acid, people feel the waist and legs or muscles aching, and makes people feel tired. So, after work or exercise in the end what to eat is good? We should eat alkaline foods. In animal food, only milk and animal blood is alkaline food, other are considered acidic foods. In beverages, it is best to drink milk, soy milk and drinking water, fruit juice (no sugar), drink mineral water or boiled water can be available.

However, after exercise, should we drink salt water or sugar water? It depends on the circumstances that should be flexibility. In general, in the case of more sweat, especially in the summer, when you are engaged in strenuous exercise, drink salt water should be appropriate. At this time, you do not need to drink salt water, neither need to drink sugar water. If the movement is for a long time, such as running a marathon, long-distance cycling, the body consumes more energy; it should be an appropriate drink salt water or sugar syrup. As for general physical exercise, there is no need to drink a sugar.
