Everybody is running after bank jobs these days. To be a part of any public sector bank has become the dream job of many. Why is it so? Because it is one those sectors of India which is making great money. The success rate of the banking sector is rising high with every passing year. Also, banks jobs provide you with many additional perks other than the steady income. Another major reason for the high popularity of bank jobs is their acceptance of candidates from any educational backgrounds. It does not focus much on your previous academic performances, but solely recruits on the basis of your performance in the exam. However, in order to provide a larger opportunity to the aspiring candidates, IBPS, which is one of the greatest recruiters of the banking sector; has introduced the CWE in 2012. CWE refers to the common written exam which is a large scale recruitment programme. IBPS is one such autonomous body which has always extended its work from conducting mere recruitments. It aims to work for the betterment of the facilities provided by banks to its candidates. In this case, it has offered the CWE to all the aspiring candidates for bank po and bank clerical posts. This is a blessing for all those talented and hard working candidates, who do not get the opportunity they deserve. CWE aims to increase the number of seats offered to the aspiring candidates for these two reputed posts. As we all know, the posts of a Bank PO and Bank Clerk are two such posts which are in high demand. Candidates in strengths of thousands, apply for these posts. Therefore, many candidates, due to a difference of one or two marks miss the opportunity and lose the chance. IBPS has decided to conduct the CWE in 2012. This will recruit all those candidates who have passed the exam. Candidates clearing the exam will be given a score card. When any vacancy arises in the 19 public sector banks that are involved, candidates will be called directly for an interview. However, this will be based on their scores in the CWE. For all those candidates who have the required talent and the zeal to work hard, they must apply for the CWE 2012 by IBPS. However, it must be kept in mind that it is a very challenging exam and since it will be conducted on a large scale, there will be higher number of participants. Therefore, your preparation must be extra than other candidates and do not forget to focus on the recent current affairs, these will help you score those extra marks and bag a seat in one of the reputed public sector banks of India.
