Throughout these years, he has demonstrated excellent management skills in the IT sector. He has worked for Hughes Network Systems in the Germantown, MD and India. He was the key member of the team that started Hughes Software Systems in New Delhi, India. He developed extensive experience in working with Fortune 500 companies in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific and he also achieved notable successes in his career in building large global teams and in putting in new systems for small, medium and large telecommunication service providers in US, Europe and EMEA. During his time at Hughes, Neeraj Tewari was also responsible for the rollout of the largest mobile satellite venture in over 99 countries in the Middle East region for a budget exceeding USD 1 billion and the development and rollout of the largest satellite broadband system by Hughes in North America. A success driven professional, Neeraj Tewari was awarded the Hughes Chairman’s Honor award in 1997 by Mr. Robert Smith, Chairman of Hughes Electronics for pioneering business success in satellite communications. Ten employees were honored with this award amongst their pool of Hughes employees worldwide. He has thorough knowledge of startup, mid size and large enterprise workings and has demonstrated results in leading M&A initiatives and post merger integration. Neeraj Tewari is known for building and managing global engineering, operations, finance, sales and marketing teams, customer relationship management and for managing global growth through planned financial and internal controls. He has shown accomplished results with proactive and collaborative leadership and in communications technology. His education includes his BSEE from IIT Kanpur, India and MSEE from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. He was a brilliant student and was awarded the prestigious university fellowship for outstanding work in his graduate program at Lehigh University. Also, extracts of his thesis were published in IEEE magazine to promote advancement of technology in the area of digital image processing.
