It features a small footprint, easy integration, industry-leading open standards security, superior embedability, low power consumption, various tag compatibility and intelligent software. This highly scalable HF RFID reader module, model 713010, is compliant with ISO 15693 and ISO 14443A/B RFID tags and is also compliant with various standards including FCC 15.225, EN 300-330, EN 301-489 and EN 61000-4-3. When used together with an external antenna, it provides a long read range of 8 to 14 cm. The upgradable firmware provides forward compatibility for supporting future tag protocols and features. The reader module offers a 9.6 to 38.4 kbps UART (TTL) host interface, four general purpose I/O ports and a simple and intuitive API. This cost-effective HF RFID reader module belongs to GAO's family of RFID Embedded Modules.
