How old were you when you went to the dentist for the first time? When should you first take your child? When your baby is about six months old and they have their first tooth, it is a good time to start visiting your dentist in Ogden . Early dental care helps your child have better oral health and fewer cavities. When they start to get their molars it is time to get those teeth protected with sealants. Do you have trouble getting your little one to brush his teeth? Does he fight you and cry when you try to do it for him? This is a very important life skill for your child to learn, so brushing is not an option. You need to make it a fun time for him. Make up games, use flavored toothpaste that he likes, and offer small rewards for consecutive days of brushed teeth.
