Since 1986, the local supplier has grown from a small herb company to providing the best in a full range of specialty produce to the finest Arizona restaurants. Venues also uses the finest locally sourced olive oils from the Queen Creek Olive Mill to create their perfectly balanced house-made dressings. The Queen Creek Mill grows over 16 different varietals of olives to produce the freshest cold-pressed olive oil. The family owned mill presses their olives within 24 hours of harvesting and uses sustainable farming practices to safeguard the environment and provide the healthiest possible product for customers. Venues’ fresh, house-made vinaigrettes and dressings feature the Queen Creek Olive Mill’s high quality oils. The commitment to buying local continues at Venues with the Roastery of Cave Creek coffees. These coffees are roasted locally in small batches, and feature the finest selection of organic and fair trade coffees available.
