Get a Merchant Account Obtaining a merchant account is what allows you to take immediate payments from your sales and get 100% commissions. You need to be able to collect your own fees from your market, prepay your own fees to the banks, and be accountable for your company. The more accountable you are for your program the more cash you will eventually earn. If the company were to take your customer's payments and compose you a check there is a fee for taking payments, there is a fee for making the check, there is a tax deduction fee and it takes weeks for you to be given your check. The program also has to reduce from your check if a prospect has a refund, leaving you with a minimal amount. Bottom line, you want to be a responsible business owner. 2. Blog Daily You want to blog every single day, 7 days per week. This is what the best earners do that are triumphant in this business. They blog every single day and that's how they get most of their traffic and leads from. If you are religious, maybe go to church each Sunday, blog about that. Share your stories with others. It doesn't matter what you blog about as long as you blog about something. If you are not the best writer or blogger, you will only be getting better with time. 3. Market Every day Intelligent business owners take 20% of their gross revenue and reinvest it back into paid traffic. The larger part of the people do this even if they are clueless what to do with the money. The way you get good at marketing, or anything else really, is by screwing up. There is nothing that will increase your traffic, your leads, your abilities and your income faster than this. 4. New Member Coaching Every time you get a new paying member at the Empower Network communicate with them, welcome them to the group and unite with them. If you don't know what to say, here's what I learned: It doesn't matter what you say, what matters is that you say something. The majority of your money will come from those who trust you. Your largest trust is going to come from those who talk to you. We encourage you to not even answer technical confusing questions. Instead refer them to trainings, videos, articles and third party resources that educate them how to do stuff. Give them any marketing tips you may have learned If you get on the phone with others and they ask you a question, rather than answering their questions, you refer them to the right resources, this is what happens: 1. you're free of having to answer the question, 2. you make more money, 3. they trust you more, 4. they'll buy more, and 5. they'll stick around more, which means more residual income here, or whatever other company you're building.
