People often ask me what exactly are past life readings. Past life readings are supposed to be what a psychic picks up about previous lives you have lived. To be honest I am not sure I believe in them but I do know what they are said to be. The psychic is supposed to be able to see what lives you have previously lived on earth and where you lived them. I have heard that occasionally people have actually managed to trace the people via grave yards in Britain and the people buried there. I once had a reading (Unasked I might add) from a young girl who claimed I had been in Paris is a previous life and gave me a long story about it. As it meant nothing to me and I felt no connection I have to say I didn’t really believe it. Do I believe in past lives? Yes I do. I have felt a distinct connection to certain places on earth as if I had known them intimately previously. For instance I knew my way round Rome without a map and believe me that is no mean feat. The main trouble I find with past life psychic readings is there is no way of proving them. I have listened to so many part life readings where the person being read seems always to have been someone famous. How many Cleopatra’s and Maria Antoinette’s can there have been? Now, if there were a few more kitchen maids and normal people in these readings, I might find them more credible. I think when you walk an area and have deja vue it is an indication of a past life memory. This I give far more credence to than most of the past life regression readings that I have heard. I am the most sceptical of psychics but unfortunately there are so many wanna be psychics out there you really do have to be sceptical until they prove themselves. There are people out there that are excellent readers and who can do past life readings but with what accuracy it would be hard to establish. How are you going to prove you were Joe Blog of Birmingham who lived in 1652? I don’t think you can. I think this feeling of disbelief in this is probably born of being a sceptic but I am open to someone proving me wrong. Have you had a past life reading from a psychic? I might be completely wrong and you had a good past life reading that you believe to have been accurate.
