Golf Tips On Golf Etiquette

Sports,Collecting,Islam
Some of the best lessons in golf are about sportsmanship. Sportsmanship is everything in golf because its an easy game to cheat at, so every player is on the honor system. Golf has it’s own code of etiquette, semi-official rules of courtesy that every player is expected to follow. These rules are made out of respect for the game of golf, as well as, for each individual player. This first rule, and its a big one, don’t talk while someone is playing a stroke. Give the players your with time and silence while they are analyzing their situation, making their practice swings, and actually making their swing at the ball. Don’t stand near them or move around, when its their turn, especially when you’re on the greens. Stay out of their peripheral vision while they are putting. Don’t stand near the hole or walk between your partner’s ball and the hole. And never, ever step on the imaginary line between your partner’s ball and the hole. Be mindful of your shadow being in someone’s line of a putt. Always be aware of other players and their golf balls. Some players might not mind you talking while they select their club for the shot, but not everyone will be so easygoing. The best thing to do is stand still and be quiet because if you continue to do somethings wrong, you will be told about it from some players. Next, be ready to play when its your turn, such as, when your ball lies the farthest from the hole. Try to make your decisions while waiting for someone else to play and when its your turn to hit, do so without delay. Don’t rush, stay with your routine and when your ready, pull the trigger. The first shot on a given tee goes to the player with the lowest score from the previous hole. If the hole was tied, the player with the lowest score on the hole before that will be up. Whenever you win a hole, you tee off first on the next hole. Make sure that the people you are playing with, as well as, the group in front of you are well out of the way before you hit your ball. If there is a group coming up behind you that play faster than you, step aside and invite the group to play through. There’s no negative reflection on you, it just simply means that the group behind you play faster. Help the greenskeeper out because a golf course takes a pounding every day with balls landing on the greens and people walking through bunkers. Help out and repair any ball marks you see on the greens with your divot repair tool. Stick the divot tool in the green around the perimeter of the indentation. Start at the rear and gently lift the compacted dirt. Replace any loose pieces of grass or turf in the center of the hole. Take your putter and tap down the raised turf until it is level again. Repair the ball marks either before or after you putt. After making your bunker shot, smooth out the foot prints and leave the bunker ready for the next players. Also, replace any divots you see on the fairways and tee boxes. All players will truly appreciate your golf etiquette. If your playing in a golf cart, always park it well away from the greens, tees, and the bunkers. To speed up play, you should park on the side of the green nearest the next tee. These are all great lessons on golf and here is one of the best golfing tips on etiquette yet. Leave the green as soon as everybody has finished putting. You will probably see this a lot on public golf courses and it can drive you crazy. You’re ready to play your approach shot to the green and the people in front of you are crowding around the hole talking and marking their cards. That’s poor golf etiquette on two levels. One, it delays play and two, the last thing the greenskeeper and other players want are a lot of footprints around the cup. Mark your scores on the way to the next tee. I hope you practice these golf tips on etiquette because you will come to understand and appreciate these rules and how important they are to the game of golf. Everybody can learn golf, but without the rules, there is no game. See you on the blog side. ping g15 irons price g15 irons price callaway x24 irons for sale
