Description The Taylor Made Burner SuperFast driver creates distance through speed. It is a full 14 grams lighter than the previous Burner model, to promote faster clubhead speeds and more distance. Its larger, more expansive clubface inspires confidence and provides more forgiveness than ever. Condition Description Clubs in Excellent Condition have had very limited use. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Excellent Condition: Normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole; very light scratches or paint chips on/around the crown. REVIEWS: After leaning on my Nike 5900 to keep my drives straight through a bad swing caused by an ab injury I decided it was time to move on and start getting some more distance. Enter the 10.5 burner superfast. Holy cow, after a few nasty mis hits I focused on my swing and when I connected on the sweetspot, that ball flew. Forgiveness is A- but distance is A+++. After an injury in Iraq my abs were destroyed and I needed surgery. Hitting 200 yards was far for me. 240 is now average. I love the look and feel of this club but number 1 is power and this club delivers! Feeling cozy and comfortable with my ’07 Burner, I was reluctant to replace it with a new, updated version…BUT AM I GLAD I DID!…The increase in club head speed that I derive from the lighter weight club head translated directly to greater distance off the tee…without any swing changes or set up modifications…same stroke, BUT 10-12 yards Looooonger!! I am glad I made the switch! I usually shoot mid-to-low 80's, but with this speed technology in my “grasp”…I expect high 70's in the near future…the feel, control, and overall performance kept me in my comfort zone…This club is awesome…no hype…just satisfaction!! Great looking too!…My New WMD! Two weeks ago I acquired a Burner Superfast driver to replace another Burner I had been using for more than a year.The Superfast is giving me an additional 10 metres or so over the previous driver much to the unhappiness of my buddies who have been buying lunches for me lately.However,unlike my previous Burner, Superfast has a tendency to draw the ball.Indeed during the first few outings I lost the ball from the tee box since I was so accustomed to hitting fairways with my old Burner. Now that I am beginning to understand the behaviour of Superfast, with a little adjustment of my stance and club face alignment,I can whack the ball down the fairway way past my playing partners balls. Believe me the walk to the ball is a very satisfying one despite the increase in distance. So thank you Taylormade . For me Superfast is a gift from heaven. P.S.
