Chakra gets its origins from the Hindu religion. Its name comes from the Sanskrit word that means “wheel” or means “turning”. It is a concept that refers to the wheel like vortices that traditional Indian medicine believes exists in the subtle body of living things. The chakra is defined as being the force centers of the energy that is permeating from a physical part of the body. There are seven different Chakras. They are: 1. The Crown 2. The Third Eye 3. The Throat 4. The Heart 5. The Solar Plexus 6. The Sacral 7. The Base Root Each of these points on the body is considered to be a focal point that receives and transmits energies. It is believed that these points radiate energy out from them to other points of the body. In essence these centers of energy control or provide sources of power to the other parts of the body. Chakra readings are done by professionals that know how to read and interpret these centers in the human body. These psychics can sense these centers of energy and they can determine things about the person by the knowledge they gain from connecting with the different centers. People can also be taught through Chakra readings to connect with the different centers within them and to control things about their physical beings through these connections. For instance; people can be taught to control chronic pain by learning to connect with these centers, and to use the energy they emit to soothe the discomfort. In order to get Chakra readings you will need to find an individual that specializes in this particular principle. Once you have located someone that can help you to see what your energy bases are capable of doing you will feel like a new person. The important thing about the person that you use to help you to learn to connect with these centers is that they be someone you can feel relaxed and comfortable with. You cannot truly learn from Chakra readings that are performed by individuals you do not feel completely relaxed around. If you cannot relax then you cannot release the pent up energies and tensions that are currently blocking you from making contact with your energy bases. Psychic online
