When it comes to choosing the right bikini for your body type there are many options whether you want to flaunt or hide what you’ve got. A swimsuit that compliments your figure is as crucial as the right size shoe or correct prescription for glasses, even more so because you can not hide or fake the fit. So let's take it from the top and work our way down. If you have a smaller cup size try fringes, ruffles, frills and any embellishments as well as vibrant colors which will help pump up the volume where you may need it. Triangle tops work well here revealing even the smallest curves. Don't be shy but be aware of cutesy prints that can nudge your figure from womanly to adolescent. You can also look for tops with a touch of padding or an under wire demy bra that can give you a little ump but be careful not to overdo it. Also be aware of too much fabric which can easily overwhelm. If you have larger breasts then support is key. Halter tops, anything with under wire and a wide band at the bottom will hold everything in place while offering some nice cleavage. Avoid strapless bandeau and skimpy triangle tops that will be quite unflattering, unsupportive and over revealing. If you are concerned about your abs, feeling a little bloated or self conscious about your mid riff the easiest solution is to go for a one piece or tanking. Depending on how much you are seeking to conceal you can opt for a tanking with side crouching just make sure it is not too small so that it can fall nicely. If you are going for a one piece try a colour block pattern with a belt or horizontal stripe that will create the illusion of a waistline. Stick to a dark colour on the bottom and something bright, light and/or vibrant on the top to lead the eye away from troublesome spots. Here is your chance to go for one of my favorite swimwear trends, the ever so fabulous high waited bottom. Super glam, sexy and sophisticated. Always remember to recede one body part you need to at least slightly accentuate another. You can not drown yourself in a swimsuit or bikini, work with what you have. And finally for the bottom half. Some of us are comfortable with some junk in the trunk and others are self conscious. Nothing is sexier than feeling good about your body. Either way a voluptuous bottom requires appropriate coverage and support. A great way to keep your suit from sliding or moving around is to choose a bottom with hardware on the sides like the popular ring style for example. This will do wonders to hold it in place and prevent the infamous wedgies which are at its worst when super exposed. Boy shorts are another great option while still keeping sexy all the while. Don't forget to take advantage of the very stylish sarong which can be worn in so many numerous ways. You know your body and you know your comfort level best so customize your bikini by choosing separates that offer you what you need to look and feel your best.
