Now a day young Indians more interested to start a self business in India. There are so many reason behind it. First thing is growing rate of unemployment & growing opportunities in India. Every year thousands of student complete their degree and starts to searching a job. According to a NASSCOM report, each year over 3 million graduates and post-graduates are added to the Indian workforce. Out of these, only 25 percent of technical graduates and 10-15 percent of regular graduates are considered employable by the industry. What about the rest 75 percent of graduates? Who will makes them employable? So rest of students struggling for a job long time. Finally they are falling into depression and forgetting about the job, so thinking to start to a business. When they start to think about business then first and best option they found restaurants and hotels. There are so many good logic behind that, I have to discuss here why the Indian Youngster turn towards restaurants? India became the big hub for IT & service industries. We found India is the world's largest software provider since last few years. Thousand of MNCs are established in India and also some different countries people came to work in India. So people who work in those MNC's are from different cultures with different lifestyle. People working in MNC's got a hand full of salary and naturally prefer to enjoy life differently. They go to restaurants, hotels, like special cuisine, spend time in pubs and bars to eat and drink. For foreigners prefer to spend more time to enjoy nightlife as part of their culture. At present we can find a lot of mixed up of cultures. Day by day Indian young are madly preferring western culture. In near future we will find India as a great hub of mixed culture in the world. India in recent future is going to take the crown for no.1 Populated country in the world superseding to China. So people madly running towards cities for employment. After working hours when day falls and night comes relaxation becomes very important part of life. Every person want to relax and live easily . To fulfill their requirement obviously restaurants, clubs, pubs, bars, hotels and cuisine becoming more popular which are becoming most basic need of people. India and China fast growing in terms of population and needs. So simple reason is where is more need there is more business. Many big cities of world is agressively connecting their business with big cities of India. So need for restaurant and hotels are emerging as a best business opportunities in India. Another reason for youngsters turn towards restaurants is no headache of boss, no work load, no need to come on time in office, just invest one time and get out put for the rest of life with little investment and maintenance. In big cities thousand of restaurants are available and continually increasing in numbers. If we talk about Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and some big cities of India then you can find “n” number of restaurants . Restaurants business never goes down instead it will increase as demand for food is increasing with growing population. There are a wide range of recreational spots in India which includes pubs and bar restaurants, lounge restaurants where the 'nightlife starts.
