But what made these types of condominiums even more popular as modern family-homes, according to many Philippine real estate experts, is because of its collection of amenities. Similar to condominiums in the city, condominium complexes are also known for its collection of recreational facilities such as swimming pools, sports complexes, and gyms, but with the addition of several other facilities that aims to accommodate the needs of growing children, such as recreational parks and playgrounds.
