Selling medical scrubs can be a good business option. All you need to have are some rudimentary sewing skills and some patterned fabric. Having a sewing machine wouldn't hurt either. The internet has seen a rise in websites that sell scrubs for nurses but these can also be used by surgeons and other medical staff present within the operating room. Being a nurse can be fairly messy so having a four to five pairs of scrubs is sometimes not enough. Nurses will have to replace scrubs that have been too badly stained. Thus there is a constant demand for them. If you were a nurse yourself, having the ability to sew your own scrubs would minimize your costs in buying new ones. If your co-workers like your work then you have an added avenue for some extra income. If you should choose to go into the scrubs business, then setting up a website is not mandatory. It all depends on the people you know. Tell your friends with a nurse who works in a hospital with a hundred other nurses. Just print a catalogue of your work and your friend can show it around at the hospital. Instant marketing and you didn't even have to spend a dime. This Author is a huge fan of medical scrubs
