According to different production we set, the production is usually 50-500 tons / h. It can also configure cone crusher or sand washer being based on the different materials. Having past storage bin, chunks of stone are sent to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After coarse crushing, the stone is sent to impact crusher through belt conveyor for further crushing. And then the broken stone through conveyor again onto vibrating screen for separating. The processed stones are of several different specifications, and which meet the size requirements is sent to the finished pile. Those don’t meet the size requirements will send back to impact crusher for crushing again, thus forming a closed circuit recycled many times. Tertiary rusher has a reasonable price. The second is cascade feeding type. When the second feeding granularity is greater than the impeller feeding granularity, the material should be feed in two feeding end.
