Pay attention to the balance installation of the rotor. Bearings of rotor with strong bearing capacity and good performance of the aligning are the best choice. The appropriate calculation of the bearing life should be 5000-10000h.
B The overheating of the combination crusher is mainly caused by the lack of grease or too much grease, grimy and degenerative grease and damage of the bearing. First, you should check if the grease is enough and regularly fill the right amount of grease. The standard is that the grease should account for 50% of the volume of the bearing. Second, pay attention to the routine cleaning and maintenance of the bearings and the replacement of the grease. Please replace the bearing if it has badly worn.
How to use the combination crusher correctly?
A Check if the door of the storehouse of combination crusher body is closed tight before starting the machine. Do not open the door of the storehouse until the machine completely stops in case of danger.
B The crusher must be started without load. Feed the material when the machine operates normally.
C The feeding particle size should be in accordance with the requirements. Over the standard will damage the equipment.
D Stop to check the machine when you find anomalies in the crushing process. Continue to make products removing the failures.
E Add lubricant to the rotating bearing parts regularly.
