It is summer here and everywhere so I decided to cover up a great read for my readers. It is my compulsion to find a topic which is informative and interesting too. I am thinking mangoes should be discussed in these summers. I am crazy about mangoes and I wrote already a wonderful piece on mangoes during last summer. Being an Indian, I found mangoes are useful for many cases. Here, we will discuss common dishes made up of Fresh Mangoes, also mango species and their origin. Mango is a fleshy stone fruit with more than thousand species. You can find many colors of mangoes in your local market. Some of them are green, yellow, reddish, brown and orange. Tastes of mangoes vary from place to place, people to people, color to color and mood to mood. Means taste of mango can be depended on your mood. You will find here lots of dishes made up of mangoes in Asian culture. India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and some other Asian countries have variety of foods made up of mangoes and it is a traditions. Some famous foods are: Mango pudding, custard, fresh juice, milk shake, ice cream, jams & marmalades, jellies, mango powder, mango paper, spices, pickles and much more. Mango is basically belongs to Mangifera family and Agriculture Products. Whoever is their family or relatives, we just need to eat it! Some common species of Mangoes are: Haden is a good quality type of mangoes can be seen approximately in every country. It has textured yellow and red color with oval shape. It has sour & sweet flavor. Tommy Atkins is of golden & greenish color and it belongs to the some Brazilian families of mangoes. It has perfect oblong shape which can be judged easily. Kent, a Mexican mango with beautiful green and red color and also it has a texture of yellow dots. Oval shape makes it more beautiful. Keitt, also a Mexican specified form of mango. It can be found in red color and smooth form. It is so juicy and has good oval shape. Francine can be found in Haiti and it has beautiful oval shape with green and yellow color and good taste. Ataulfo is a butter colored skin mango with perfect flat oval shape. It can be enjoyed in various parts of the world. It is a coincidence that there are up to 450 species of mangoes can be found in South Asian countries out of 1000. Common South Asian species of mangoes are Aman Dasehri, Langrra, Al Phanso, Sindhrri, Samar Bahisht, Chaunsa, Fajri kalaan, Anwar Ratol, Banganpaali and Neelam.
