The vibrating feeder is necessary equipment in automotive flow operation line in routine mining exploitation process, it can be divided into to open type vibrating feeder and closed vibrating feeder. According to customer requirements, Hongxing machinery also can produce electromagnetic vibrating feeder, hopper, and conveyor. Vibrating feeder is of simple structure, easy to operate, and small power consumption; it can evenly adjust feeding amount, homogeneously and continuously transfer massive, granular materials from bunker to material receiving device so that it is favored by the majority of customers and widely used in crushing and screening line in mine, crashing stone plant, metallurgy, building and chemical industry. (1) Structure: Inertia vibrating screen and eccentric vibrating screen have much in common, such as the screen frame, the screen surface, the disc, damping weight and antifriction bearing. The main difference is that the transmission shaft of inertia vibrating screen is ordinary non-eccentric shaft, whose sieves supported on the basis by elastic spring. (2) working process and principle: Drive shaft of inertia vibrating screen high-speed rotate by the motor, so the disc and balances under the axis have a greater inertia force during rotation; sieve is high-frequency rotating under the work of inertial force, when the sieve move downward, the following spring is compressed, when move upward, the sieve recover, thus the sieve produces continual ups-and-downs vibration, whose screening process is same with that of eccentric screen. The domestic inertia vibration screenings have two types: seater types and over slung type (Seen as Figure 2-22). According to the screen surface layers, it can be divided into single screen and double screen, in order to improve the screening efficiency, double screen can be also used as single-layer screen. The inertia vibrating screen has smaller amplitude and high frequency, only applied to screen medium and sewing-grain materials, its amplitude varies with the size of the load, which will decreases when large feeding, affecting the handling capacity and screening efficiency. Motor life will be affected for it is always vibrating with sieve, the screen specifications should not be too large, so only suitable for medium and small concentrator, and large concentrator has been rarely used it. This series of vibrating screen is designed for stone pit to screen the quarry material, and also available for product classification in coal preparation, mineral processing, power and chemical sector. The series belongs to advanced machine, with a reasonable structure, strong shock force, low vibration noise, easy maintenance and long life characteristics.
