I lived in a small town and I barely stepped out of my town. But I faced to a situation where I had to move to a new big city. I completed my education within my hometown, in the outskirts of Lexington, Virginia. I was lucky to find a job in a large commercial establishment in Chicago. Amidst all of the excitement of planning to finally break out of these walls and start living life in the city of my dreams, I had small jitters and fears of how I was going to pull off the move, given the fact that I've never even moved locally all my life. After getting an idea of how exactly these moving companies work I called up EZ Movers and made an enquiry. The lady who tended my call was very courteous and polite. I told her that I had never moved before so had absolutely no clue of how to go about things. She assured me that EZ Movers would provide all possible service, guidance and advice on what I need to do to prepare for my move. Naturally, I was quite concerned about their rates as I wasn't at all prepared to shell out huge sums of money just for a move. An inventory of my stuff was done and the quote offered to me was very pleasantly surprising. Inclusive of packaging and transportation, the total costs worked up to much less than what I would have spent, had I undertaken the entire packing and moving on my own. I'm really grateful to the professional yet friendly EZ Movers crew who did all my packing and undertook the entire moving exercise without one glitch. Yes, we did reach a little later than our scheduled arrival, but that didn't matter one bit. This interstate move to Chicago was more of a dream comes true than the nightmare I'd imagined it to be.
