The college entrance examination is a highly concentrated brain work. During the three days, candidates, on the basis of maintaining an adequate energy, should add high quality protein, unsaturated fatty acids, phospholipids, vitamin A, or B vitamins, vitamin C and iron, zinc and other nutrients supply.

When increasing nutrition, we should also note that some food should not be eaten too much, such as coffee, carbonated beverages, fish and fried barbecue food.

The first day of the examination: the recipe of a cool head

Breakfast: milk, spiced salted duck egg, sesame seed cake or steamed bun stuffed with sweetened bean paste; dishes: boiled peanuts, mixed with shredded radish.

Lunch: buns, rice, noodles; potatoes, stewed pork ribs, sweet and sour fish fillet, mushrooms and flowering cabbage, celery cashews, melon, tofu soup.

Dinner: rice, bread, shrimp braised peas, meat, fried mushrooms, yams burst pepper, seaweed bowl of soup. Parents can boil some porridge or seasonal supplement soup to improve the immune system.

The second day of the examination: the recipe of energy

Breakfast: rice pudding (walnut, red beans, mung beans, kidney beans, peanuts, glutinous rice, rice, purple rice, etc.), hot milk, bread, jam, ham and eggs; dishes: boiled peanuts, mixed with spinach, fermented bean curd.

Lunch: rice, fried shrimp, braised sea cucumber, meat cooking, flowers, pepper potatoes wire. Tomato and egg soup; fruits and beverages: watermelon, fruit drink. The above dishes are refreshing qi, eliminate tension function, rich in quality protein, multivitamins, calcium and trace elements.

Dinner: steamed or baked buns Scallion fish, meat fried celery, vinegar cooked bean sprouts, the Xihu tofu soup; fruit and drinks: cherries, jujube juice. The above dishes regain their strength, eliminating fatigue functions, rich in vitamin A, protein, B vitamins and trace elements.

The third day of the examination: the recipe to maintain the physical strength

Breakfast: Congee, rolls, tea eggs, sea cucumber Conquers; dishes: spiced tofu wire, assorted vegetables, mixed with cucumber.

Lunch: rice or noodles. Potatoes, braised ribs, braised eel, mushrooms and flowering cabbage, cucumber, scrambled eggs; fruit and drinks: lychee, yogurt. The above dishes enhance the effect of memory, is rich in quality protein, vitamin C and trace elements.

Dinner: bread, green beans, millet gruel; main material: steamed live fish, celery and lily, meat stew kidney beans, the leavened eggplant silk; fruit and drinks: bananas, orange juice.
