Money is always an effective motivator, but you’ll be amazed at how much you can motivate employees without even offering them a raise. Begin with measuring their productivity during the day, then establishing goals for them to improve their level of productivity. You’ll be surprised at how your employees will respond! If you set higher and higher productivity goals for your employees, the vast majority of them will achieve those goals. Many will exceed them!
