However, those types of condominiums that became popular in the Philippine market as a modern family-home are those that are found outside Metro Manila. These types of condominiums are known as condominium complexes.

Although both types of condominiums are similar in terms of type of ownership or housing tenure, city condominiums and condominium complexes differ in terms of target market.
While city condominiums target those that spend more time in their workplaces, condominium complexes mostly specialize in providing the perfect environment suitable for growing children. And according to many real estate experts, condominium complexes have become more popular in today’s modern trends. This is because of the growing demand for modern family-homes in the Philippine market.
The Advantage of its Location The main advantage that made condominium complexes as popular types of modern residential houses for sale for modern Filipino families is because of its choice in location. Unlike the kinds of condominiums found in the city, condominium complexes are more commonly found outside Metro Manila, such as in the outskirts as well as in a number of popular provinces surrounding the capital, such as the many popular condominium complexes in Tagaytay.
Because of its location, condominium complexes can offer an environment more suitable for growing children, such as the cleanliness of its surroundings, peaceful, serene, and green environment, as well its wide-open spaces and fresher, more breathable, air.
In addition to that, condominium complexes also became popular as a modern family-home because of its security and privacy. This is because most condominiums in the city are also found in exclusive, self-contained, communities where residents can enjoy the same quality of security and privacy known among exclusive subdivisions.
More Amenities Another important benefit that made condominiums popular as modern family-homes is because of its collection of amenities, including its recreational and resort facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, and sports complexes.
However, other than the kinds of amenities that city condominiums can offer to its residents, condominium complexes can also offer its residents the perfect facilities that can accommodate the needs of growing children. This includes recreational parks and playgrounds.
