The screen Writers Agents tip for success is a simple one. Make time to write. Finding time in your busy schedule to write and be creative can be a challenge. As a screenwriter you need time to create an inspiring story and characters that your audience can relate to. Passion and desire are what motivate screenwriters. But discipline and commitment to yourself and your screenplay are two key elements that are critical to a screenwriter's success. Screen writers agents urge you to follow your passion and find time to write. Being focused is what it is all about. When there is too much going on in your daily schedule the energy you normally have can become drained. Your focus is not as clear as it normally is. And because of this your energy becomes scattered. There are several techniques that you can do to help pull in your scattered energy. And become more focused. Physical activity can help ground you and clear your head. Stretching for ten minutes a day can calm and relax the tensions of the day and really get those creative juices flowing. Going for a jog or walking and just generally working out three to four days a week can boost your motivation. During this time clear your mind and let your thoughts be open and free. Let go of your to do list. You'll be amazed at the inspiration you will find. Realistically there just are not enough hours in the day. And let's face it, you can not get everything done in a given day that you would like to. So what can be helpful is to set aside time each week. Perhaps you can swing a half hour or an hour in a day to work on your screenplay. Or perhaps it is better for you and your schedule to set aside a couple of evenings in the week to work on writing your screenplay. Or a day during the weekend you can devote to writing your screenplay. What works best for you is really the strategy that you should incorporate. Making a game plan and setting realistic goals is what your screen writers agents advise. Setting goals can help you see your progression. Let's take a look at a sample game plan. Month one is to start working on your screenplay. Your goal for the month is to make the time to write. Week one, write your treatment or synopsis of the story. Week two, write your outline. Take all those notes you have in your file folder and organize them into the scenes where you think they might belong. Week three, work on your characters and their bios. Write out their history and what makes them tick. What are their motivations? Just what kind of weaknesses and strengths do they possess? Week four, do any necessary research that pertains to your story. Historical facts that might be relevant or any details to include that would make it more believable. It is a good idea to contact a script analysis doctor to read over your treatment and outline. So you can identify any weaknesses in your story. Now let's look back at this first month's game plan. If you followed it, you will see that you have accomplished quite a lot. You have written your treatment. You have the basic outline of your story. And you have your characters in place. Your facts are accurate because you spent the time doing your research. And you took the screen writers agents advice and sought out a script analysis doctor to review your notes on your screenplay. You are well on your way to writing a sellable screenplay. The screen writers agents would tell you go ahead and dive in. The first draft of your film script is just around the corner. thesis writing
