The Olympics are coming and for many people living in and around London not in a nice way. That's why escaping the madness can be a great way to kill two birds with one stone. Birmingham Another midland getaway for those looking to escape the millions of London visitors the summer is set to hold. Going away to Birmingham offers a welcome retreat from that of London. Of course Cadbury World is also worth a look, especially if you are of the chocolate loving persuasion. Birmingham also offers some great shopping centres and the Bullring is renowned for its array of shops and services - ideal for a quick weekend break so. The city also has more miles of canal than Venice, as well as numerous other attractions such as Safari Parks and though inland The National Sea life centre.
