As many businesses start to appear and compete with each other, the more they would need someone to keep analyzing the current market trends and to analyze the business that they have themselves. In such cases, the need for someone to analyze the organization is needed. This would help in raising the level of the company, if the analysis is correct. There are such people. They analyze non-profit organizations, businesses and government agencies. These people also assess the organization’s current business model. Aside from that, they also have to evaluate the technological systems of the organization they work in. They work as ‘men in the middle.’ They can and may tell a business owner on what he should do in case of downfalls, but he cannot and may not force the business owners and the operators to do everything he suggests. In the end, it would still be the business owner’s decision whether he would follow his advice or not. All in all, a person working as such has to know the current market and technological trends. He must know most, if not all, the market and technological advancements of this time. Not only that, but he also has to know many things about financial concerns. Of course, he also has to be updated on such things. Although their main focus is to keep the technological concerns of the company up-to-date, the fact that they also have to be focused on the other aspects of the business, such as how it currently works and how well it is doing in the market has to be known. Since being on the job would be hard, training is a must. As of now, there is a certification program on being able to handle the job. However, these people are graduates of technical courses such as Engineering and Computer Science. Having said that, being able to comply with the needs would be easy. They also do not have a definite and fixed role. Truth is, they can work however they want, as long as they know what they are doing. Since they are graduates of technical courses, they can go on and do the work they were taught to do in school. The role of these job-holders is different, based on what their hirer asked them to do. They should be trustworthy too. As the person who tells the Development Team on what should be changed to improve the overall quality of their work, he has to tell the team what has to be changed and what has to be developed. As the analyst, he has to be credible for the Development Team to trust and have faith in him. The person who has this type of work called Business Analyst. Again, as a business analyst, they have to analyze how the organization works, based on its business model. As one, he has to check up on the technological aspects of the organization, be it private or public, profit or non-profit. Although the job seems to be a hard one, once he gets the hang of it, he will be able to do his job quick and easily.
