We Must Master Four Aspects of Exercise in summer

If we often participate in the exercise, we can enhance our physical fitness, and also can improve the body’s resistance to disease. Even in the hot summer months, we cannot stop the exercise. According to the scientific study, we found that people who often participate in the exercise in the summer do not adhere to the exercise, their heart function, lung capacity, digestion function must be good, and the incidence of disease is low. However, in the heat of summer, the human energy consumption is relatively large, in the sun for a long time to exercise may cause heat stroke. Therefore, the only reasonable arrangement can receive the scientific and good fitness effect.

First, we should select time to exercise. Exercise time should be adjusted to with the changing seasons, and in summer, it is the best to do outdoor exercise when the weather is cool in early morning or evening. Early in the morning, go to the fresh air of the parks, river banks, lake, gardens and other projects facing the sun, choose the appropriate exercise, such as jogging, tai chi, and other healthy exercise. After dinner, going to the outside to leisurely walk is good for the body.

Second, we should pay attention to preventing the injury. In the summer exercise, we should make the necessary protection measures. When we exercise under the sun, we had better wear a white hat or straw hat, and avoid sunlight directly exposing to head. If you are sweaty after exercise, do not punch with cold water or take cold bath, which is easy to cause cold or lead to joint pain or other problems. After exercise, you had better take a hot bath, which not only can help eliminate fatigue and can make people feel particularly comfortable.

Third, we should take moderate movement. Summer exercise should be appropriate and do not fatigue. The old or weaker people suffering from hypertension, heart disease, arteriosclerosis, chronic gastritis should not do a long-time exercise under the hot sun or in the high temperature environment.

Fourth, we should take care of our life. When we do exercise in summer, our clothes should be soft, large, with light color, and easy to relieve heat. When we exercise in the room, we should open the doors and windows for air circulation. In addition, when we do exercise outdoor and sweat more, it may be appropriate for us to drink some salt water, but do not drink a lot of cold water or too much cold drinks to prevent stomach damage.
