There is no dearth of well-paying jobs in this rapidly developing part of Asia. India is a huge country with millions of small and big companies across various sectors and industries. Its robust economy that remained stable even during economic slowdown is built with numerous rapidly growing sectors like retail, automobile, technology, telecom, textiles, business services, tourism and many more. A simple college graduation degree can help the candidate to get a good job in Retail or any other sector. However, the scenario changes a lot when it comes to senior management jobs
The human resource in any organisation holds utmost significance as they help the organisation in getting business. Of the entire workforce, senior management is highly involved with policy making, drafting strategies, approving proposals, dealing with media, maintaining internal and external relations of the company with employees, clients, shareholders, etc. The professionals at such principal positions are work as valuable assets for an organisation.

There are large number of management recruiters available in India who helps the companies in fulfilling their senior level positions by matching the candidate skills with the company requirements. Senior managers are generally hired on the basis of the long years they have spent in the industry, the expertise they have attained, the prestigious companies they have worked with earlier, the projects they handled, the project success they have had, the further potential for the new organisation, the education background, the personal profile and other such factors.
Some of the first class positions for senior management jobs include CEO (chief executive officer), COO (chief operating officer), CFO (chief financial officer), board chair, President, VP (vice president), MD (managing director), chief personnel manager, financial controller, Director, etc.
Companies pay attractively not only to these big officers but also to the recruitment agencies that help them get hired. Great money is spent on hiring these chief professionals; however, employers usually prefer those who have already been working with the organization from long.
