Nowadays, a lot of people are experiencing emergent literacy because they are seeing the effects of not having a great system of education. Due to this shortcoming, one may have to address this issue by having different organizations promote and become advocates of it. They also realize that it should be approached wholesomely because being literate is not enough but rather being also able to comprehend what is being read, spoken, and written. With this also, one may say that there may be an increase in workforce because most will have the skill to read, write, and speak. It is important to be able to do so because it is not a good idea to not learn these skills. Addressing emergent literacy is not easy because it is important to be able to really know what to do with the root cause of the problem and not just doing a temporary solution. It is hard work and it takes dedication and effort to be able to learn these things. One may be able to really see that it is not an easy task to do these things but it is worth it. There may be chances that one may really promote and make the effort to do this because it will allow some of the teachers to stay. At first may see, difficult but when the time comes; it might be a breeze. Many may see that emergent literacy is a problem not only for children but for those who have never been given the opportunity to learn it from school. Their reasons may be stemming from financial difficulties and other things that have contributed to their unfortunate luck of circumstances. It is not easy to really be able to address these since a lot of people will have to work together to do these things. One shouldn’t give up if they would like to learn these and one shouldn’t give up if they really want to help. All these will only be accomplished if people work together. One should remember that tackling emergent literacy issues should stem from something that is feasible and concrete for it to achieve the desired result. Although it is tough, if it’s something that one wants to really do something about; then it can be done with the right help.
