Yesterday, when I was in the bus and suddenly I heard the theme song of the popular movie “Those days, the girl we ran after”. At the moment, I couldn’t help bursting into tears, for the sentimental lyrics recalled me of my past love, which hurt me deeply. Last month I watched the movie with my good friend and I was upset with the ending. The hero didn’t marry with the heroine, although they he had loved the girl for many years. On one hand, he was very rebellious and disliked studying; on the other hand, she was diligent and good at studying. At first, she disliked him, but gradually she had a good impression of him. In order to catch up with her, he began to study hard. Though they entered different universities, they still kept in touch with each other. In fact, all of his friends knew he fell in love with the girl, but he had no courage to express love to her, because he hated to be rejected by her. Virtually, the girl loved him too and awaited his confession, but he did nothing but silently blessed her forever. At first sight, the ending is a little disappointing, but when I think it calmly, I find it is the true reflection of our daily life. In the university I met a boy, who was gentle, kind and handsome. He gave much happiness to me in the past. He would climb mountains, pick up strawberries, go to the seaside, take pictures, and taste delicious food with me. Because of different family backgrounds, I had to part with him. For a long time, I tried to regard him as a good friend, but I couldn’t. One night, I made telephone to him, but he had a new girlfriend besides him. At the moment, my heart was broken and I hung up at once. He wasn’t wrong, for he had the right to love another one, but I couldn’t believe that he could forget me so quickly and love another girl at such a fast speed. Hence, I cried silently for many times. Although he left message to me and expressed his apology to me, but I must say it is impossible for us to go back. Once we miss love, it is over.
