Free writing is the conscious stream of writing. It is a technique that many people us to continuously write their thoughts within a certain period of time. In this type of writing, we don't think much about the grammar, the punctuations and everything that comes with it. They are just about the ideas that come out of our minds and then writing them down. This is actually the first step in every writing technique. It is like we are writing the raft draft before the final writing task. We do this all the time when we are gathering facts, or we jot down the facts that we already know in our minds and then putting them all together after it. This is also what the others call as the brainstorming. The ideas are simply listed without worrying about how it will turn about the grammar and the structures. Here, we just gather all the details as much as possible that is relate with the subject. This is often the preliminary writing before the formal writing. These doesn't have to be written in paragraphs, they can just be collected sentences and words that may seem not to have any meaning, but they do after the whole writing is finished. This style of writing began in the early 1970's when writer Julia Cameron wrote a book that is titled Writing Without Teachers. Here, she stated that free writing can be done even without anyone teaching us. They are just the jotting down of the ideas we have in mind and outing them into words. This will be a very good practice for a lot of aspiring writers who wants to be successful with the writing jobs. Even if it is just a simple type of writing, we can still apply techniques to it so that we can perform it more effectively. During a certain time of the day, we can try sitting down and writing everything that comes to our mind. Even if it is just a word, as long as it comes out of our minds, we can write them down. After that, we can we can close our notes and wait for the next day again. Just remember that from that moment, until it is finished we need to write as many or as little as we can just as long as we continue with our writing. For example, if we want to write for 15 minutes each day, then that means we need to write everything we want within those 15 minutes. If ever nothing comes into our minds and we haven't written anything, then that is fine. Continuing with this practice every day will give us more practice and we can be better as we continue. That is how we practice the key of free writing. buy essay
