 As we all know, international travel can be the most rewarding vacation or business trip, but it is also the toughest to plan. When you are chartering a private aircraft, there are a few issues you have to tackle before you can leave: selecting the correct aircraft, having the proper passport and visas in place, and having the correct amount of catering for a long journey. You can charter a super midsize jet for some cross-continental flights but you will have to account for refueling and bed size. Most super midsize jets have smaller cabin space and do not have a full size bed. That can be a challenge if you like to stretch out. Most heavy jets have larger bed size but super midsize jets are very fuel efficient and can cost less than a Gulfstream or Legacy. Chartering a large jet does not mean you will not have to refuel. Some large jets still need to refuel before your final destination or they need to stop to change the crew. Do note that most places for refueling an aircraft are not the tourist-heavy cities; they are normally chosen because of point-to-point flying and the cost of fuel.
