An electromagnetic coil generally termed as the coil is created by winding insulated solid copper wire around a core. This creates an electromagnet which has multiple applications. We use electromagnets in our everyday life but will not know about them. Electromagnets have become a part and parcel of our life; hence it is required to know some of the applications where electromagnet and electromagnetic coils are used. We use the car every day and most of us will have heard about the solenoids which are used in the car. These solenoids consist of electromagnets. These are also used in electronic door locks. The Direct current motors or DC motors also use the electromagnet coil. The speakers we use in our day to day life, in the automobiles, in our living rooms also consist of electromagnets. Electromagnets are an inevitable part of the television set, computer monitor without which life is so difficult. This goes to show the importance of electromagnets in our lives. There are a large number of electromagnet manufacturers all around the world as there is a lot of demand for electromagnets. The rates offered are very competitive and one can get the best rates in the market. Many people have taken up a career in this field as there is good demand for electromagnets. The electromagnets are preferred over the natural magnets because with electromagnets the magnetic field can be controlled as required. Any manipulations or alterations in the magnetic field can be done with the control of flow of electricity which is the best advantage an electromagnet offers. The Electromagnetic coils are mostly used for two purposes, one is to generate magnetic fields and the other is the use as inductors inside electronic oscillators. The electromagnetic coils have a wide range of application in the present day situation.
