On Friday shortly before midnight, police conducted a motor vehiclestop on a gray Honda Civic sedan near Indian Field Road at theintersection of East Putnam Avenue after officers saw the sedantraveling west without exterior lights lit, police said. The driver, identified as Monfil, had a suspended operator'slicense pursuant to a past DWI arrest, police said. During hisarrest, Monfil became uncooperative with police and refused tocomply with their requests, police said. He was issued $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in stateSuperior Court in Stamford June 4. - Francisco Colon , 21, of 1 Southfield Ave., Apt. 30, Stamford, was charged Fridaywith failure to obey a control signal, possession of drugparaphernalia, possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana andillegal manufacture, distribution or sale. Heriberto Irizarry , 20, also of 1 Southfield Ave., was charged with possession ofless than 1/2 ounce of marijuana in connection with the sameincident. Police saw a car headed west on Frontage Road late Thursday eveningfail to stop for a red light at the intersection of Delavan Avenueand, after stopping the car, discovered drugs and drugparaphernalia inside, police said. Colon was issued $500 bond and Irizarry was issued $150 bond,police said. - Debora E. Manzotti , 34, of Glenville Street, was charged Friday with third-degreeassault and disorderly conduct. On Friday at about 4 p.m., police responded to a town residence onthe report of a past domestic incident and determined Manzottiassaulted three people in an unprovoked manner, police said. She was released on a promise to appear and was scheduled to appearin state Superior Court in Stamford Tuesday. - Shelby N. Fortunato , 21, of 11 Wampus Lane, Apt. A, was charged Tuesday withdisorderly conduct. Greenwich police responded to a town residence Tuesday afternoon onthe report of a 21-year-old woman striking a man in the face,police said. The victim told police he got into an argument with Fortunato overher having too many friends over and someone parking in his parkingspace, police said. The victim added that Fortunato then becameupset over being confronted and struck him in the left jaw with herfist, police said. Fortunato was released on a promise to appear and was scheduled toappear in state Superior Court in Stamford Wednesday. - Christian A. Dulanto , 43, of 242 Davis Ave., was charged Monday with disorderlyconduct. Greenwich police responded to a Greenwich residence on the reportof a verbal argument and discovered Dulanto had shoved a person,who sustained minor injuries, police said. Dulanto was released on a promise to appear and was scheduled toappear in state Superior Court in Stamford Tuesday. - Miriam Dulanto, 37, of 16 N. Broadway, Apt. 3S, White Plains,N.Y., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.
