It also helps to generate automatic billing on the basis of cumulative call service data. The bills are directly sent to the customer electronically. This simplifies the process and also redundancy in the system of billing which is a common feature in manual systems. Service management solution reduces consistent redundancy of information and help to enhance the overall productivity of the business process. It also organizes backhand process by managing tedious reporting and coordination work. It aims to provide a strong support system that simplifies extremely tedious field work processes.
